Pros and Cons

The location is a dream for snorkelers, with stunning reefs just minutes away. The beach, though small, is beautiful. Staff members are friendly and eager to assist. Yet, the buffet dining left much to be desired. variety and quality were lacking. If you can manage your expectations, you might enjoy your stay!

Beautiful and peaceful property.

Our experience was overshadowed by the moldy rooms and humidity. It felt uncomfortable and unhealthy to stay there. The food was often inedible, and the poorly constructed room key bracelets were a constant worry as they kept coming off. Management's lack of attention to these issues left us feeling unsupported.

I loved the beautiful gardens around the resort. They were well-maintained and perfect for a stroll, adding to the overall tropical feel. The adults-only pool was a relaxing escape, providing a peaceful atmosphere away from the more lively areas. Dining options were varied, which was great for catering to different tastes. All the staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel welcomed. However, the food quality varied greatly. Some meals were average, lacking authentic flavor, particularly in the buffet restaurant. The dining area for breakfast was too hot without adequate air conditioning. Additionally, I encountered some issues with hygiene at the establishments, as I heard multiple guests discussing food-related illnesses, which was concerning. Check-in took longer than anticipated as well due to some miscommunication with the front desk.

We absolutely loved the tranquil atmosphere and the friendly staff. The evenings spent near the clean sea with wildlife around were truly peaceful and rejuvenating.

actually everything was well-maintained, my next choice again in cozumel. hotel was stunningly beautiful, staff was extremely great. got deluxe queen room in the royal level as expected, loved it. there was very decent and excellent breakfasts with all meals 

Amazing staff and tasty food!

Had a good time at this resort. The staff were super friendly and always ready to help. Drinks were flowing, and the food was solid, especially breakfast. They do have this weird restroom door that doesn't provide much privacy, and the hot/cold water confusion took a few showers to figure out. Still a lovely stay overall!

It was just a balanced option for a quick break in Cozumel with real value for money. The beach was beautiful, with a chance to see iguanas and coatis. Bring your own Yeti cup to avoid waiting in line for drinks.

The accommodation is located in a secluded area close to a Mediterranean restaurant, and it's also near wild nature.

The setting here was tranquil and upscale, situated in a stunning area with a delightful a la carte restaurant offering excellent meals and service.
